Amy Cichosz brings over 25 years of healthcare experience to her work in senior placement. Her background spans nursing, pharmaceuticals, home health, hospice, IV therapy, and durable medical equipment—giving her a deep understanding of the challenges families face when navigating senior care.

Amy is known for her compassionate, hands-on approach and genuine commitment to helping families find the right care solutions. She believes in setting high standards, building trust, and always putting people first.

What sets Amy apart is her ability to connect. She forms lasting relationships with families, case managers, and healthcare professionals by listening closely and leading with heart. Her goal is simple: to guide families through life’s transitions with clarity, empathy, and support.

Originally from Minnesota, Amy moved to Arizona in 2008. She’s a proud mom to three daughters and is engaged to her fiancé, James. Her Midwestern roots and personal warmth are at the core of everything she does.
